Great product. Great price. Used for myself and a friend for her first 5k race. I also let me 3yr old daughter wear some for her 1 mile fun run. They lasted throughout the day/race. My recommendation if you buy. Cut the single piece into 3 separate. Nose, one for each side and apply in 3 separate sections. It takes a touch longer BUT it is easier to apply.
