The original is classic! Simple ingredients, clean taste, medium thickness to the slices, not too dry, great coriander taste. Only 6 ingredients. Love it. The peri-peri has a nice slow burn Lemon pepper has subtle flavors and flirts with perfection. Minimalist biltong - just beef, salt, vinegar. A little salty (not too much). Needless to say the whole bag "mysteriously" disappeared 30 minutes later. All in all, if you like jerky but want high quality meat that isn't just a sugar delivery device I highly recommend this product!
