This was actually a lifesaver for me because my UV was starting to act weird after like a year of using it and my dog sheds a lot. when you have long-haired dogs... these rollers WILL get tangled up with yards of hair...and although you can (and we do) take them out...and clean them off, after a while, the design of the roller is changed because of these tangles...
