Love (almost) everything about this except the scan button. The scan button on the Epson screen does not work. I called Microsoft who tried to fix it through the connection but still didn't work. I received an iPad that is completely dead. It doesn’t turn on at all, no matter what I try. I tested it with different chargers and adapters — nothing works. The item was dead on arrival, the color was wrong, and the support was useless. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this seller completely.
