This product here is great. It's very thick. It has a nice like soft crumbly texture. It's very shiny. The bottle was OK for what you ordered, but the product itself works great my sister has alopecia and I've used it consistently and saw results so this product is definitely about consistency. The more you use it the more results you see it does smell like a strong coffee so I don't know if you wanna walk around with this without your day. It does smell like coffee, but it is great so I suggest personally use the product. Let it sit on your hair if you're not going anywhere for the day leave it but if you're going somewhere wash it out use it as a treatment.

There were no air pockets at all. The color, consistency, and smell were accurate to the known characteristics of Batana. It is still cold where I am so it was in a solidified state when it arrived, however it was more pliable after some time in my home. It doesn’t take much heat to get it to melt either. I can’t speak to the effectiveness on my hair ‘s condition as of yet but I did want to let it be known that this company is selling the real stuff.
