Grand Piano Sculpture with Dichroic MosaicGrand Piano Sculpture with Dichroic Mosaic on Black Artistic Process: The first step was to make a large mosaic of small pieces of dichroic glass carefully put together on a background of black glass and fire in the kiln to full fuse. I then cut the Grand Piano shape with a glass ring saw and fire polish to shine in the kiln. The Grand Piano is epoxied to a 3 tiered glass stand that was made by cutting three pieces for varying sizes and tack fusing
