They featured a cut out for both the ash tray and the interior light and were usually trimmed in the main trim colour of the vehicle which was most often Fleck. I saw some reviews that mention difficulty in threading or fitting. They are tight, but they work fine. I had no issues installing the speaker wire and no issues with the set/crimping screws. I even had one fall out when I loosened it too much and, though it was challenging without my glasses, I did get it to thread back in with no problems.
