MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist 40" Hips 48" Length 36" Inseam 26" Brown pants with buttons at the bottom of the legs and button fly. Made by Sweet Orr and they have a union label in a back pocket. I am unsure what the material is, just that it is not wool. Condition: Fair. Wearable as is, but with some flaws. They have been taken out in the waist you can see the stitching on the backside. There is a problem with the Seller delivering on the products sold. Or someone is selling on behalf of the seller and not being able to deliver. Purchased 3-part panels used no problem, and are nice, but we also needed the 5-panel divider. which has been promised twice for delivery and NOT delivered without explanation. We'll have to send the other back as we'll need something that match.
