We've created a low alcohol spirit, distilled with juniper, pink pepper, coriander, cinnamon and lavender then added extracts of smoked cherry wood, orange and Madagascan vanilla. To serve, fill a glass with ice, add 50ml low alcohol Aperitivo and top with 150ml soda water or low alcohol sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy.
