It's definitely easy to swallow better then women's one a day cause there's are harder to swallow. It does have a little bit of a smell when you open the bottle but nothing to strong. Love that it has a lot of piss for a little close to $6.00 definitely not bad. Size and color is just like it showed in the picture. I don't taste it at all so I definitely would say it doesn't taste bad to me.

Responsible manufacturer, target gut health, moderately effective

I take probiotics for my gut health and feminine balance. These probiotics have a broad-spectrum of strains that benefit both areas, primarily the gut. The dose is a single, smooth capsule a day, but the capsule is large for a probiotic. Still, it's easy to swallow, has no taste and has a pleasant, light scent due to the pineapple. I take these probiotics with food and find some improvement in my GI issues but they do not eliminate gas. I have no side effects. So for me they are moderately effective. I like the Vitalibre company and line of products because they are made in GMP facilities, are lab-tested and non-GMO. Each bottle is printed with the Lot Number and Expiration Date, which is well over 2 years in the future. So, I have confidence in the ingredients and manufacturing of this supplement.
