In the event of a crash, you simply replace the handlebar tube instead of the entire Clip on. These Vortex handlebars are 7 degree angles. Kit includes both collars, 2 handlebar tubes with plastic ends and high tensile strength fastners. Note: Vortex Bar End BE118K will also work with Vortex Clip on tubes.

Love the material on these. I bought the green and loved it so much, I bought the black too. It's stretchy material and that is very durable.
