Dieser Hochleistungsofen kann zwischen 155 Pizzen pro Stunde mit einem Durchmesser von 250 mm und 25 Pizzen mit einem Durchmesser von 500 mm backen. Der Ofen ist robust, ausgestattet mit einem Fugestell auf Lenkrollen mit Bremsen fr einfache Manvrierbarkeit und Wartungsfreundlichkeit. Die gerumige Backkammer erlaubt eine flexible Produktion verschieden groer Pizzen.
