Angebaut auf Lehm Kalk Bden auf den Anhhen der Gorges de l'Ardche. In der Nase sehr vielschichtig, frisch, mit Anklngen von Menthol und Anis. Im Mund beginnt der Wein su und elegant, geht dann schnell in Frische ber, geprgt von Eukalyptus, Fenchel und frisch gepflckter Minze, mit feiner Sure und einem spannungsreichen Abgang. Ein sehr vielseitiger Essensbegleiter!

I also ordered the black one, both the blue and the black look very good for dress /casual. It’s polyester so it’s not super soft, which is OK. That also means it does not shrink.
