Seine Triebe stehen fast aufrecht und machen den Efeu 'Erecta' zu einem echten Hingucker. Die Bltter sind am Rand leicht gekruselt und dunkelgrn gefbt mit hellen Adern. Im Herbst trgt er kleine gelbe Blten, die sich im Winter zu kleinen schwarzen Beeren entwickeln.
