AUSBAU: Die Ertrge sind auf 60 hl ha begrenzt. Nach der Ernte erfolgt eine Grung unter kontrollierten Temperaturen bei 16 18C fr rund 20 Tage. Auf den Einsatz von Holz wird bewusst verzichtet, um den frischen und fruchtigen Charakter der Weine zu erhalten. AROMA: Noten von Erdbeeren.

Nothing but gristle!
Flavor Name: Lemon Pepper, Size: 8 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.
