AUSBAU: Sofort nach der Ernte werden die Trauben gepresst und bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 18 20C in Stahltanks vergoren. Der Weinbau in dieser Region hat eine lange Tradition, die sich noch heute in der hohen Qualitt der Weine

Nothing but gristle!
Flavor Name: Lemon Pepper, Size: 8 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.
