Hierfr werden die besten Trauben der besten Merlot Anlagen des Gutes selektiert. Nach Handlese und schonender Weinbereitung erfolgt zunchst eine 8 monatige Reifung in groen Holzfssern, bevor der Wein fr ca. 3 Jahre Reifung in Barriques wandert.
