I just started doing sublimation cups and would buy them at hobby lobby, but the market is saturated and they’re always out. So, I just bought a 4 pack from this company to try. They turned out great, I just don’t like metal straws, so I buy plastic ones separately. Then I went up to the 8 pack and again, wasn’t disappointed. They don’t sweat, the ice stays solid and the water stays cold overnight. I see sub cups and haven’t had anyone complain yet. They also sub really well. This is now my go-to company for sub cups.

Print quality is excellent!

This is my first sublimation printer and I am so happy with my purchase! The print quality is absolutely amazing! I have made a few items and they came out perfectly! The design software and printing software that come with the printer are good but they are really slow. Before you buy, think carefully about what size prints you want to make. This printer only prints up to 8.5x14. Some t-shirt designs are larger than that. The ink is also very expensive. Versiflex ink is much cheaper. It might be worth researching the versiflex model before you commit to this printer.
