I see reviews writing "it tastes bad". Get over it you big babies! It doesn't. I have an allergy to peppermint and other unnatural man-made toxic flavorings and this is perfect! It does have baking soda, and xylitol these are two great ingredients but overall it's very gentle. If you're having any problems with skin or anything and you feel it could be from either fluoride, mint flavoring, SLS, or coconut oil or all the other stuff they put in there give this a try! I'm on my second tube! Yes you're not going to feel as super clean as the other ones but that's because it's not stripping everything off your teeth like the other ones do it's very gentle and if there's any issues with sensitivity or anything like that this is the way to go.
