Ein besonderes Augenmerk lag schon immer auf den Trebbiano bzw. Turbiana Reben von Lugana. AUSBAU: Die Grung erfolgt unter kontrollierten Temperaturen auf Edelstahltanks. Im Anschluss wird ein Teil des Jungweins zur Lagerung auf Edelstahltanks gefllt, der andere Teil wird in Tonneauxfssern ausgebaut.
